Domestic Shipping Policy

Every effort is made to ship your hat within 48 hours of receipt Monday thru Friday, pending availability (we generally ship even faster). You'll be notified if merchandise is currently unavailable and when we expect to be able to ship. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together. To ship via UPS you must include a complete street address (no PO Boxes). We have suspended shipments via USPS within the continental USA, due to the recent increase in rates. We do not ship to PO Boxes, except for APO and FPO addresses.

Expedited Shipping Requests: (Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day Services)
ORDERS RECEIVED BY 5:00 PM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (8:00 PM IN THE EAST) WILL SHIP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. OTHERWISE EXPEDITED ORDERS MAY NOT SHIP UNTIL THE SECOND BUSINESS DAY FROM THE DAY ORDERED. EXPEDITED ORDERS SHIP VIA UPS. THERE IS NO PICKUP SERVICE ON EITHER SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, HOWEVER UPS DOES OFFER SATURDAY DELIVERY-THAT OPTION IS AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT. [Example: A hat is ordered on a Wednesday morning. The customer chooses two-day shipping service. The hat ships on Thursday. Two UPS/business days - with no delivery on Saturday and Sunday - means that the hat arrives on Monday.] All overnighted orders that ship on a given work day, will be received the following work day anytime until the end of the day. If you need morning delivery you will have to call for special arrangements.

UPS does not provide Three-Day Service to most of Hawaii and Alaska.
Please select Second Day Service in order to expedite shipping to these states.

If a single hat is ordered with an expedited UPS shipping option (Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select) and we are unable to ship the hat immediately due to availability, the backordered hat will be shipped out with UPS ground service upon it's arrival and you will be charged accordingly.

If multiple hats are ordered with an expedited shipping option (next-day, second-day, or three-day), and we are unable to ship the order complete, the back ordered hats will be shipped free of charge via regular ground when they arrive.
